Has anyone placed an order with SAMs Lab recently? I placed an order early last week, and I've not heard sign nor sound of them since. No answer on the phone, no reply to emails.

Got some customers waiting so need to get an ETA off them ASAP.

Anyone recommend an alternative supplier too?
 
I am sure that David will be back to you, as I know he views and contributes to this forum.

that happens with alarming frequncy going by posts on this forum.

DSCL are an alternative
 
I stand corrected. From what I understand, due to the negativity of certain individuals on the forum, the gent has quite understandably withdrawn from this forum.

May be worth considering next time you decide to throw mud at peope making a living Ross.

Steve, I have spoken to Sams and told him abou the issue you have.

Perhaps you should give the number you contacted Sam's Lab on to the OP.

I was probably negative about Sams, but that was purely down to the fact they would often ignore emails and calls - the negativity was not unwarrented or based on lies, so Sams should have addressed those issues and dealt with them, not gone off in a sulk.

Many thanks. I have now received an email stating that there was a problem over the weekend that has been resolved. I am still awaiting my delivery, but have been assured it is en route.

for the record, I would not have posted if I'd have been able to get a response direct from the company directly.

The recommendation for another company is noted, and appreciated.
 
Right. I was helping two people here, so please appreciate that . I do not work for Sam's. The guy has the right to do what he wishes, it is not my concern after this point.

I took offence to Ross's ( POAH) comments.

Nuff said.

Mark the negativity comes from bad customer service. If people post problems with a supplier thats not my fault.

No,not enough said Mark. Ross has every right to air an opinion as you do, boy do you both do that!

Sams labs have a pretty poor reputation on here, Ross pointed it out ,he is correct in that.

It seems to me that some of professional mafia on here have a problem with people voicing an opinion that differs from theirs. If Ross irks you so much, use the ignore function.
