When you guys undertake an assignment for a client, do you issue any kind of Contract of Sale?
I'm talking about a signed piece of paper covering things like requirements from them, requirements from you, timescales, unforseen events? You know the kind of thing I'm getting at?
And where can I find a guide to writing Terms and Conditions of Sale? I know I need to cover things like Copyright, Payment Terms, Complain Terms, etc. I'm not prepared to 'steal' someone else's, and when I've written them I'll have them checked for legality.
Any ideas?
