Safari crashing

Anyone else having this issue when you ouch the address field- anyone resolved it. It's happening on my iPad and iPhone

turning off "Safari suggestions" in settings works.

Many thanks for the heads-up Craig - wife was pulling her hair out re her Mac Mini/Safari until I remembered seeing your post earlier/the penny dropped...!

Didn't even know I had a problem till I read this.

Tip worked fine, Apple are getting more like Windows every bleedin day!

Yes I have a fix,

Go to safari preferences and search

uncheck include search engine suggestions and include Safari suggestions, it then works for now

Thanks for the heads up Craig. It was driving me nuts this morning. IOS 7 no updates, just started crashing this morning, but sorted now
