S fitting / Broncolor S fitting

There is a Bron L and a Bron S fitting, some of their flash heads use one and some the other, and they are definitely different. I don't know which heads have which fitting, although I expect that Bron can tell you. Bron S fitting is nothing like Lencarta/Bowens standard S fitting, if that's your question.

Yes, S fit has 3 equidistant and equal lugs, so whatever you have isn't S fit

While we're on the subject I've got 3 different fittings for Broncolor equipment and I'd be interested to know their proper names.

Two of which look the same but the newer one is larger:

I also have a really old head which uses a large clip which locks a ring around the edge of the modifier:

Interesting... The top photo is Bron S-fit, have never seen the bottom one before, but Bron have been around for many years, maybe they changed the fitting.
A very long time ago I had one of their generator sets, that (from memory) had a different fitting again.

The bottom fitting was for used on the 'universal' flash housing and was around in the 70's to 80's.
