Story of the competition and the reason I've barely watched it. Terrible sportsmanship on show in my opinion. You certainly didn't see that at the Olympics :D
 
It is not all booing though, Luuuuke and Kuuuuuuch are some of the cries that sound like boooos.

The european fans weren't exactly partisan at Celtic Manor I recall.

Incredible! What a summer of sport. Now the really difficult task of deciding BBC Sports Personality of the Year starts. Think we should role over names for 5 years or so to give everyone the credit they deserve!

I have done quite well at sports this year...won another cricket trophy....and at my age too...maybe I should get a mention too.
 
Can't believe I've just seen John Terry with his golf clobber on celebrating with Poulter?? WTF! Had golf shoes on the lot...

I'm only getting highlights, and hell I don't wanna be up till 1am, but the **** Europe has had to put up with on the tee and round the greens, makes me wanna stay up.
This has got to be the worst Ryder Cup for disgustingly behaved spectators I've ever seen, what with that moronic USA USA bab and the booing.
Terrible losers, filthy winners........oh well......more than happy we smashed em even though I didn't want to know...lol

Golf

A game played by people dressed in funny clothes holding a stick with a specially made end. Object of the game is to smack a little ball, who has done no one any harm, off a little support as hard as possible, only to chase after it -find it-to hit it yet again. The end of the game is trying to bury the little ball in a small hole, then get it out it by hand in the hole which previously had another stick with a flag on it.
The crowning glory after taking it out of 18 holes, as it wasn't lost, is to eventually throw it into the onlookers to take home and treasure.
