Hi all,
I thought you'd like to know that my D300s did eventually arrive at Nikon. I've received confirmation from Nikon that it is with them and is queued for repair. Royal Mail sent me a letter with a photocopy of the signature that was taken when the parcel was delivered.
It appears therefore that the parcel was delayed (for some unknown reason) and the online tracker was not updated, despite the parcel being delivered. :nuts:
I'm obviously still pretty annoyed at the hassle and anxiety that Royal Mail have caused me but at least it has safely arrived. I'm presuming I can now claim my postage back? I'll have to look into this ASAP.
