Rolling shutter with electronic shutter Sony A7iii question

I have a Sony A7iii and wanted to ask if I will get rolling shutter effect by using electronic first curtain shutter with mechanical second?

I know I will get rolling shutter in silent mode, which is all electronic shutter for first and second curtain, but if I set the camera to mechanical for first and second there are two clunks during operation whereas electronic first and mechanical second only has the one, more pleasing, clunk/sound.
 
I'm not particularly familiar with your camera but any digital camera that reads photosites sequentially will exhibit the rolling shutter effect, to one extent or another.

I would expect the A7iii to be in that category but would be pleased to be proven wrong.
