Just to make sure I get this right, to make 250ml working solution I use 25ml of each part A,B and C as well as 2.5ml of starter topped up with water.

This is then followed by Bleach bath then fixer, then stabilizer yes?

Water rinse between baths?

I forget the amounts for the mixing, but yes it's 4 separate baths. I get the bleach in straight after the dev to make sure the dev stops, but then use a rinse between bleach and fix and between fix and stab. No rinsing after the stab. Naturally the water for the rinse is at development temp.
