Hi,
I've had a similar problem finding it for a good price, I was accidentally given some with something I brought from Ebay and the seller just said keep it. It is quite an unusual colour negative film in having no orange mask which supposedly makes scanning easier as well as allowing fairly good quality traditional B&W prints when enlarged. It is quite grainy though for an ISO 200 film and the colours are quite muted, even compared to most neutral film like Kodak Portra 160NC. Now I want to shoot it again but like you I am having difficulty finding it.
You might want to contact AG Photographic, they sell most of the rest of the Rollei range and the CR200 slide film version of CN200 so I imagine they might be able to get some for you.

i found them in first call and west end camera
, however the postage is even more expensive than the film.........
