ROES - HELP!!!

Please help folks!

I've used Loxley ROES software many many times to order prints etc. Tonight I'm trying to launch the software and it is coming up with this message:-

"Could not create the Java virtual machine".

I've tried reinstalling Java but still no joy. I've never come across this before and am stuck



FWIW I just moved my computer to my girlfriends house (not sure if that is relevant)

Have you asked Loxley what causes this message. They may have a fix.

I don't know how likely it is, but try freeing up memory by closing all other programs, and trying to run the Java application. That way the JVM should have more memory available to it.

Try calling loxley and asking? - when I had issues with ROES their staff were exceedingly helpful

I did notice last night in the task manager that ROES was using over 700MB of memory but I don't think this would cause a Java problem. Have you tried updating using the icon in your taskmanager (bottom right) or checking out the Java control panel?
