Went on friday night and loved every minute of robbie, the weather was great, would love to go again. recorded the live show from sky one on the saturday night cant wait to sit and watch it.
:)

Rudebox? :(

hmmmm not sure about that one, by the end of the song it began to grow on me, but dont think i would buy it. but the rest was great.

Robbie tries rap.....and fails. Didn't sound good from the 30 seconds I listened to.

I must admit I hate rudebox, but theres something about it that is catchy, and I have a feeling the more and more I hear it, and the more and more airplay it gets, I'm going to like it :(

The guy has a nack for releasing songs I absolutely hate...then they grow on me...

I watched a bit of the Sky One show, but got sidetracked about half an hour into it.
Sue, I did try and look out for you, but there were one or two others there which made it hard to pick you out

How full was that park?

molst of robbies stuff i can tolerate, but his latest song is just plain crap, i can see why people think its a grower but really, id far rather listen to fiddycent and the like than listen to robbies new stuff, so it ,must be reallyreally bad!

The sky one show was live on Saturday - she went on Friday so you're going to have a hard time spotting her Marcel as she was in Bridlington with me trying to take piccies of the moon rising ;)

There were 90,000 people there :o

90,000 people taking pictures of the moon?

;)

Hmmm i went friday night so wont be on tv but i was on the hill at the back face the stage, so had good view, and even thought there were that many people there it wasnt the squashed where we were, if you down on the flat part infront of the stage it was very squashed. glad we were where we were thought had my pregnant cousin with me so glad she was too squashed and getting pushed about.
I want to go again now

I'm going on Saturday night and can't wait now....watched the live show on Sky the other night and sat here getting all excited!

Glad you had fun Sue!

Oh dear...
Rude Box is really growing on me.

'Why are you so nasty?' (in a Darth Vader voicey)

hmmmm plan for watching robbie doesnt seem to have happened dont know when i will get to watch it now :(

We saw Robbie a few years ago in Milton Keynes. He is a true performer. Someone that has the rare ability to play the crowd. He is over here in a couple of months but the ticket prices have gone stupid.

Well we went last night and I have to say it was an incredible gig! He just deals so well with the crowd - he's one of those rare performers who seems to get an audience going without much effort at all - everyone just responded to him. I scrutinised the back of the tickets for t&c's beforehand and to my surprise it said "no professional cameras" but not "no cameras" which is the usual thing. After a bit of thought I decided to take the Digimax S600 with me on the basis that going to any sort of event these days without a camera in my hand feels a little odd. I knew we wouldn't be at the front but thought I may as well have a bit of a play with it. Results below.

I guess this is something we can thank the age of the mobile phone for though -no point in banning cameras across the board any more as everyone has one on their phone, and you can't ban those! :D

I've always been a fan of Robbie Williams.. Great singer, showman and songwriter.. I wanted to watch his live show on Sky one the other day but never got chance. Anyone record it to DVD?

I must admit though, Rudebox is the worst song I've heard in a long time :( Let's just hope he goes back to his usual style, or at least a good one.

Watched the Saturday Night performance on $ky...:shake: thought the show was dire, he couldn't even finish many of the lyrics (leaving that up to the backing vocals) appeared to struggle with most of the songs IMHO. Glad I didn't stump up the money to go now.

shouldnt have been trying to go somewhere else then :p
Really was worth the walk back to the car park that should have half the distance it was, and the time sat in the car waiting to get out of the car park was even worth it.

Oh no, definately not, definately would be better going to see robbie, much more fun. :naughty:
