Roasted, salted cashew nuts are awesome?

Sorry guys, there are not enough pistachios in the world for me to have any left to share!

All nut's are the devil's food :puke:

Roasted, salted cashew nuts are awesome?

Is that a statement or a question?

In my opinion, non salted cashews are mega-awesome. They're more difficult to find than salted though.

I don't know if it's anything to do with the salt, but I got this!

plain cashews can be found at any Chinese wholesalers, and are considerably cheaper than anywhere else.

Lidl also sell plain cashews (and sometimes have huge bags of bulk pistachios and salted almonds).

As for Ruth's comment in post #9, :muted: :schtum:

I stand by it!
And I add Marmite.
Peanut butter.
Bananas.
Muscles, whelks, et al.
Cardamom.
Coriander.

That is what started me off on this thread. We went to Lidl yesterday, and the guy had just lugged out big bags of roasted salted cashews, roasted salted almonds, and pistachios.
I had a bit of a feast at ten last night.

Our local one hasn't got the big (guessing 1/4 tonne) bags of any of them at the moment - and I've just finished the salted almonds! Got a couple of kilos of Pistachios though. I try not to have too many at a sitting - the salt's apparently bad for me.
