After a disappointing experience with Silverprint this week whose customer service left a lot to be desired I came across a mention of the thedarkroom.co.uk for traditional supplies with next day delivery. I had a look on their site and their prices were as good as anybody elses for what I was interested in. I then decided to call them to make sure they had it in stock. I spoke to quite possibly the most enthusiastic sales person (whose name I should have taken) in a photography shop ever and we had a chat about all sorts of new products and services etc etc. A thoroughly refreshing and pleasant experience.

They do digital stuff too apparenlty

Ordered at 14:30 yesterday and it was here by 10am this morning for a reasonable £6.50 delivery. They've even got a real bricks and mortar shop you can go in too.

Disappointing about your experience with Silverprint. On the odd occasions I've used them they seemed pretty good. RK Photographic is a jewel in the crown though!
