Does anyone else think of the following when they hear her song or name mentioned:

"We all adore - Rita Ora. I'll be your dog"

Answer "yes" or "what are you going on about" and give your age, or just decade, e.g. thirties, forties, fifties if you're shy/female. ;)

For those who dont know what Im going on about I'll say later if someone doesnt come crashing in first.(assuming anyone replies of course)

Although I do remember vaguely the song (well probably the graphics more than the music), but didn't put it together with Rita Ora.

I think we have a demographic roughly then of 35 - 50 year olds who used to go to the cinema and saw the adverts (Pearl and Dean of course) had a cartoon of black crow or a boy strutting along singing : "We all adore - Kia Ora", and then maybe the crow saying "I'll be your dog".

Kia Ora was a disgusting squash based drink served in a carton that you pushed a straw through a hole in the top. Often purchased from an usherette at the front of the rows holding a tray in front of her supported by a strap round her neck. These same usherettes used a little torch earlier to show you to your seat. Nowadays its just a surly tw*t on the door who wants to check youve got a ticket then its a free for all for a seat.

It was also a normal squash in bottles.....AND you can still get it lol
 
"what are you going on about" 53. I didn't recognise the reference until someone mentioned it, probably because I remember the feel & flow of the music, but not the words. I'm a guitarist, not a singer. ;)
 
No idea, 31 but drank plenty of Ki-Ora and Um Bongo as a kid.

name into Google (other search engines are available :D)

And the top two "hits" referred to her getting her baps out.
Seems she is a "pop star" then?
 
I remember the advert well, Im 29, almost 30.. just a month left. :runaway:

Would never have got the association with Rita Ora though.

Google does record your preferences and tries to apply them to the results - hence why you got baps out and no-one else does?

She was going out with Calvin Harris, but they've just split up.
