ripples in my grey vinyl

at the top right and left of my grey vinyl I have long wide ripples.

Why is this and how do I fix it. I can post pictures if needed.

its been up on the wall mount since I got it.

How is it clamped? Had big problems with ripples from a very slight bend in the crossbeam and the way that it was clamped with my vinyl when underexposing it, very difficult if not impossible to get rid of. Ended up moving to paper :/

All vinyl I've used has some rippling. I think it's maybe the weight as what ever I do I can never get it to lie flat. So end up having to use photoshop to smooth it out.
