We are thinking about getting one or more RING stick up cameras ( https://en-uk.ring.com/products/stick-up-security-camera-battery ) as they seemed to do what we want.

Then I read reviews on Trust Pilot. ( https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/ring.com?page=2 )

I tend to take reviews with a pinch of salt but 73% of the 3,500ish reviews rate Ring as Bad or Poor.

Admittedly many of the reviews are not about the stick up camera and many are also about customer service, but people would not be calling customer service if they were not having problems with the products.

Grateful for views from anyone who has a Ring product and especially anyone who has the camera.

Do you want camera's indoors or for outdoors?

I have the ring flood lights and ring spot light and am happy with both. I do pay the subscription so my camera a covering for warranty and the videos are saved for 6 months.
 
I've heard very mixed reports about Ring products, some have found them good, others less so. It's not an area of interest for me, so I don't have any specifics.
 
I have the 'wired' doorbell and I'm very pleased with it, it works well.

I think it's worth the subscription as it gives me proof that no one called when couriers say no one was home. Also for doorstep theft of any packages.

The best thing of all is that I can ignore any visitors that I don't want to see, but can answer to those I do.

I'm afraid I've not used any of their other products.
