Ricoh Theta SC2 - No power

Hi

Tried using my Theta SC2 this week, and it powered on fine, then went off, now it wont charge at all, works fine from external power source, told I had three years warranty, called Currys they said not with them but Ricoh. Have emailed them as its the weekend. Managed to do a firmware update with the camera plugged into my pc, but same issue no power. Has anyone any ideas?

I don’t have one but on some earlier models it was by pressing the power & wireless buttons together. Do you have a user guide?

Yes I understand I did try that and sadly not made any difference.

Yeap a strange one, it always worked fine previously.
