Richmond Park access?

I was hoping to organize an outing with a few friends of mine a photo mission to Richmond Park in Surrey/London. I have seen on the Richmond Park website that they open at a 7am in the summer until 7.45pm

I just wanted to know if there was access to the park on foot through open gates outside of these times as we may want to arrive earlier than 7am or leave later than 7.45pm? If anybody knows or has some tips about shooting in Richmond Park then please share here?

I was thinking of going back to Richmond Park soon and came across this website which could give you a few ideas. The guy is a local photographer.

I do a lot of cycling there at various times of the day and night, and can confirm that the pedestrian gates are open 24/7 all year round, apart from when there's a deer cull (September and February I think). The opening and closing times only apply to cars.
