I did try a rotation but couldn't get it looking right without losing part of a tombstonePositive - Nice and sharp image of the hand and the addition of the motion blur adds to the positive theme
Time - I like your connection with the theme. I know these are probably leaning so I'm wondering if a slight CW rotation would just even things up a bit. The greens are quite nice without going overboard with the saturation controls.
Death of the poet and daffodils signifying the spring and things starting to grow. Thanks for looking and commenting.Like the way you have caught interesting light on these gravestones and te shadows falling across them. I must be missing something on the circle idea though as I don't quite get it.
Yes was playing around with layers and suing different lighting effects in the layer style which is why some of the colours are not quite right. Thanks for commentingHi Richard
good detail in the headstones & good use of DOF to really make them pop from the sceneFor me the colors seem a little too saturated in the bg & on the grass...the Daff's however look about right...most odd

Thanks Graham good point about the additional swirlHi Richard.. Liking that one.
as you say needs a little bit of a tidy up but not much. Seems to be calling out for another swirl under the chin too.
Thanks Marsha, no the swirl was created in pp.Hi Richard, ooo that looks a little spooky! I like the swirl but the person (is it you?) is OOF. Sorry if that was intentional! Did you do this with a torch?
Thanks Craig no the spots in the eyes are from the flash.Hi Richard certainly different but the two spots in the eye kinda freaks me out what is it?
Thanks Andy, yes you are right swirls added in post. Still getting to grips with paths so they are not perfect.Hi, Richard, the red light works well with the cupped curtain and it's a good idea? I did wonder if the swirl had been added post as the ends of the beams end slightly away from your head.
Cheers.
Thanks Lynne. The blue cast was deliberate as I was trying to give the impression that the blue swirl was lighting the face. Thanks for taking the tome to look and comment.Hi Richard
neat idea & different......good pp ( you've mentioned about tidying it up a little ) , like the bit of reflection on the head to give it a more real feel ( as opposed to it being added in pp)....just wish there was less of a blue cast on the face......
Hi Richard
Now that is BRIGHT
Certainly unusual, like the composition and the colours
I have to ask... What is the object you have photographed ??
The object is a silver necklace, as you can tell form the colour quite a bit of p/p. Thanks for looking and commentingHi Richard
