I have to keep the foot raised up for two weeks and then go back to have the staples out and a proper cast fitted if the swelling has gone down. At the moment the loose cast is just below the knee, does anybody know if they will fit a shorter cast after or the same as I have now?

There are called bitstrips,you can download to you phone or do it on line, it's a Facebook thing but you can download the cartoons and edit them as they are Png's or jpegs

They are a bit limited on themes but you can do a far bit of editing once you work it out
