Just a quick bit of feedback following a problem with my D300s I bought from RGB Tech a couple of weeks ago.
I called RGB last week (for advice really) after finding a minor fault with my D300s. Graham was really helpful and after confirming a minor issue, promised to swap the body for another new one. I dropped the parcel into the local parcelforce office where RGB had faxed all the paperwork, it was returned to them at their cost and a new body sent out same day via 24hr courier.
There was no fuss and no real hassle for me at all, all sorted out politely, quickly and efficiently. This is all I could have asked for. These guys seem to do everything right - great prices, good advice AND great backup service.
