I apologise if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything using the search function and contrasting results using Google.

I plan to purchase the Bowens 400 twin head Travelpak kit by the end of this month. Will the Yongnuo RF-602 work with the heads or is going to be a safer bet to go for something else?

yes, it'll work fine. Cable from the receivers and into the heads is included.
