RF-602 Nikon to Canon?

Yes, but it won't have the facility to "wake" dormant speedlights. If you're using the receiver on monolights, then it doesn't matter.

Regarding speedlights, you may need to press the test button on top of the transmitter to fire a pop and wake the speedlights. Or alternatively, you can amend the behaviour of the speedlights to disable the sleep feature.

Just as an afterthought, do a check for your highest sync speed too. I believe some cameras didn't reach their full potential when using the transmitter from the other system, although the loss was actually quite minimal. I'd expect you to attain 1/200th with ease, but you may find a slight shadowing along the bottom edge at 1/250th
