Reverse image search on my own computer

Yes. The program Digikam can do image searches based on other images. You can even draw a sketch! This has saved me in the past. It can also find duplicates. Digikam is free and runs on Windows and Linux. It think you have to let is scan you computer first to find all your pictures. Then you can do all the different types of searches on them. And manage the results using its extensive photo library tools.
