Retouching in Lightroom

Ok

As you guys know I am trailing Lightroom and love it very much compare to aperture but one thing I am missing is retouch in aperture it pretty good I get a retouch brush over what i want to retouch and it pretty much good at matching... In lightroom i can only find spot healing
