Resizing - reopening

Hi All, Can anyone shed some light on the below please.
I open an image in PS CS5.
I resize the image.

I then save, or save as. when I go to reopen I get the below message.

Any ideas please.

Sorry for delay in replying..... Not sure, but how can I find out...
EDIT; Checking the properties, the image is not set to Read Only..

EDIT 2; Just checked the properties on the folder, it was set to read only, so I have just set that and other sub folders by un ticking the read only.. However even after making the changes applying etc, re-check shows it still is set to Read Only, no changes made..
Would this be the correct procedure ?

Thanks.. Yes, I can check it, apply etc, but does not seem to take effect, the folder remains as a Read Only, but all the images with in have changed.

No, all my accounts..
I have noticed I am able to modified / process the images with in the folder, so at the moment part of the system is working. Thanks for your help and efforts..
