Resizing in Photoshop

I know that i can resize in lightroom to keep to a ratio but not sure how to do it within photoshop.

Can anyone advise.

image/size then tick contstrain proportions when u change one figure the other changes too

sorry i meant crop not resize.

Select the whole picture with the crop tool then hold down shift as you then resize the crop area?

when crop tool is selected type in ratio (along top bar u will see 2 size boxes and one res box) like 7x5 or what u need then tool will keep to it

Along the top just click on "front image". It then retains the correct ratio from the open image.
