I would appreciate advice: Am looking to purchase a Nikon D800e, with the file size am further looking to uopdate my computer equipment. Have reviewed the Apple macs. Any suggestions to run LR4, CS6 and the D800e files?

Am using an old Acer and Dell laptop
 
Something with an i5-2xxx or i5-3xxx processor, 8GB preferably 16GB of memory, 128/256G SSD. 1TB HDD for general storage and one big (27") or 2 smaller (24") IPS panels.

Mac vs PC is personal preference as to the GUI. They are both "PCs" under the skin (they share the same processors).
