Replacement battery for Nikon D5100

Third party replacement batteries cost about half that of genuine Nikon brand. The Ex-Pro available at £16.76, comes with a two year guarantee, reviews from buyers are generally very good some say they don't get so many shots as a Nikon battery, but rate it as an excellent back up battery. Has anyone had experience of this. There are even cheaper batteries such as the DOT FOTO at £13 which still get good reviews and come with a 2 year guarantee.

Hi David. The Ex-Pro batteries are fantastic. I use one in my D7000 and previously in my Sony a37 and they were bother better than the originals.

I use Xpro batteries in my D7100 and found them to be as good as the nikon ones, had them over a year now with no problems
