Hi

After alittle help here

I've decided its time to get shot of old / unused / rejected pictures to save some space on my disks

When I edit I simply mark pics as a colour / reject then once at the end of the edit I "Reject deleted photos"

Is there a quick way I can go back through LR to delete the "rejected" pictures from the disks? What I want to be able to do is remove all of the rejected pictures from the catalogs and not have them take up space but dont want to have to sit for hours and hours going through them if there is no need

Thanks

Go to 'all photographs' at the top of the catalogue window in the left. Click on it then click 'delete rejected photos'.... anything that was marked with an X (reject) will be binned...

In the filters there's also a flag so you can see all the rejected images just in case you need to. In the grid mode (press G) all you need to do then is select all (ControlA) and press delete and remove from disk.

Brilliant thanks guys, will be sure to do that as soon as I get home and see how much space it creates
