The information that is displayed in an image i.e what camera, res etc is saved the RAW data how to remove that?

Just wanna see if anyone can tell a cheap camera shot from an expensive camera shot

You can also open a new file in photoshop, copy and paste your photo into it, flatten and save.
This way, you can be sure no Exif will be attached

A quick way is to take a screen shot of the image (press the 'Prt Sc' key) then paste & crop it in an image editor and save it as a jpg. That way you ensure that the originals are untouched and safe, and you have a copy with zero exif.

google "exif tag remover" its a free program that removes the information leaving everything else the same.

There is a small tool called exiftool

exiftool <filename> -all=

removes all possible information (will not remove IPD from TIFF, should leave CR2 usable, completely removes information apart from colourspace from jpg)

NO it doesn't!

I have this tool (excellent) and I tried it on some .cr2 files (copies) and they became unreadable in DPP.
