Removing a person from a picture

Can anyone help me quite urgently? I have just been asked for a print for Mother's Day (yes, cutting it fine), however, the ex girlfriend of the player is in the picture and I don't want it in. I thought I could do it but I haven't been able to

Can someone help? I'm off to Twickenham in a few hours

She's standing just a little off from the family but I'm just making a complete hash up of it

When taking a picture of family plus girlfriend or boyfriend, take one with and take one without!
