I am off to Thailand shortly and am going to try some light trails. Due to the elevation from the Skytrain platforms and the massive amount of traffic I think I can get some good results. Can anyone recommend a half decent and cheap remote shutter release for a Canon 50D?
Cheers.
James.

Hi James,

I was looking for a remote shutter release for my 450D after searching and reading some positive reviews I came across Phottix.
I ordered this and have been using it for the past week, its awesome :D

Here is the www: http://www.phottix.com/wireless-remotes/phottixr-cleon-ii.html

The great thing about this is that it is both wired and wireless AND it has different attachments in regards to what camera it can attach to, so if you upgrade your SLR you should be able to get the attachment for the specific camera.

Incidently I bought mine from here:

You can call them and make sure its compatible.

Thanks
Rocky
