reinstalling OS Lion on new SSD Drive

I don't want to make an exact copy of my current hard drive as 99% of my files are stored elsewhere i just want to know how to reinstall OS lion on a new SSD drive (If at all possible)

Can anyone help?

Think you need to either make a boot CD from the download (goggle how to do this) but you will need a Snow Leopard disc to do this from memory.

the macbook came with lion installed

I believe the system will let you download the install from the firmware, but I can't find any doc on it atm (I'm sure I have read about this from Lions launch).
