Reflector

I have one and it does the job,

it's a pain not having a handle though trying to hold it yourself while holding the camera in the other hand feels a bit off balanced.
 
Yup works a treat.

If there's just you and it's a static image, you put the camera on the tripod and use the RF603 with cable as a remote trigger so you can manoeuvre the reflector around, or I sometimes clamp it to a lighting stand.

Or enlists the help of an assistant/small child/partner etc.
 
Just for referance for 8quid the build quality is brilliant, now for some practice!
