if we consider flash duration with a view to freezing action,if the flash is reflected,i.e beauty dish,umbrella,is the flash duration lengthened??

The raw flash has a given output that will be spread, diffused by modifiers but
not made longer at close range… but it will be if at greater range because the
spread will be wider requiring more output.
NB.
If a bouncer is use, yes it will be… but at 186,000 miles per second, no-one will notice! ;-)
