Reduce file size help please

I have an image (psd) when flatened is 328mb in size (Pano).I have saved this as jpeg in my normal way eg:In Cs6/ File /save as / jpeg max file size. This leaves me with a file size of 27m. I am wanting to upload to a site and they request a file size of between 10 and 20 mb. How do I get my file down to this in the best way possible as far as quality goes. I use cs6 for image edits.
Hope some one can help.

Either reduce the pixel dimensions and use max jpg quality as you are doing now, or keep the same dimensions and reduce the jpg quality?

Unless it's an unusual image, you'll probably struggle to see much difference between '8' and '10' in terms of jpg quality.

Thank you. I just saved as I was before and chose 11 as quality which brought it down to 18mb.
I just wasnt sure if there was another way of resizing.
