bought a bag this week and the service was great. called joe and he told me the approx (1 hour slot) time of delivery so that i didnt have to wait in all day for a courier! bonus!!

I think I know the answer on this one - does Joe work Saturdays? I just have a few questions about a tripod purchase and wouldn't mind sorting it out tomorrow.
