Redsnapper problems

The round plate that holds the threaded bolt on my tri pod keeps coming undone which makes the head lose.
I don’t want to glue them together just in case i want to change the centre columns.

any body got some ideas?

Get in touch with Redsnapper and see it they have a replacement part they could send out to you

Did you put in the little allen key locking bolts that are in a small bag in the pocket of the tripod bag?

it the round part that fits over the theaded bolt that goes into the colum.
its got rounded so its not gripping the nut properly .
i will give red snapper a try
