Red faces from flash

Did a shoot earlier and the guy's face came up very red in most photo's, do you have any tips for reducing the redness in post or even how to prevent it?

If you use lightroom you could use the adjustment brush to tweak the area (use automask). Someone has created a brush preset that might be a good starter:

Fantastic, will have a look into that. To be honest I always go red in photo's so interested to hear how it can be improved.
