Almost there seems to have gone up quicker than they expected.

Just watched it all live. Brilliant. But I don't think he made the longest freefall. I think his parachute came out too early.
 
Hope someone has him a spare pair of underwear I know I would need some!
 
Watched it live, I looked down to pick up a nacho, looked back up and he was a tiny dot below the capsule. Glad he made it down.
 
Yup watched it live too fantastic well done.
 
Can't believe he landed on his feet and didn't have wobbly legs :lol:
 
I haven't heard/seen if they've confirmed the speed yet....did he do it?

That spin looked bloody frightening. Did you hear him saying over the radio that it felt like minutes.

The spin was because he jumped into a virtual vacuum, where he had no control of his direction. Once the air got thicker he was able to control his fall and stabilise himself.

The live feed said about 730mph :cuckoo: but I don't think its been confirmed yet
 
768 is the speed of sound so it looks like he fell short of breaking the sound barrier
 
I was glued to the tv watching it live and all I can say is wow

I still don't understand the idea of jumping from a perfectly good plane never mind jumping from space lol but I do think I was lucky to witness such stupidity .... Sorry such bravery lol


Anybody want to guess what monster will do to top the latest redbull stunt lol
