Recording streaming audio question?

Hi all

I would like to be able to record streaming audio such the Radio2 Jeremy Vine interviews, I thought they would be available as downloadable podcasts but apparently not. Is there a method/software that allows you to do this???

I use audio hijack. I have a Mac so not sure if the do a windows version.

I used to get annoyed by the way streamed music was difficult to save for offline use as i often listen to music where there is no 3g or 4g signal. By chance i discovered that wireshark could "capture" a stream so i did a blog post about it:
