Recommendations for budget wide angle sony A mount lens for APS-C

Looking for recommendations for a decent budget wide angle sony A mount lens for APS-C. Ideally I want to replicate a 19-35mm on full frame, so around 12-24mm (if I did my maths correctly)?

The earlier cheaper version of the Sigma 10-20mm used to be the budget favourite of APS-C real estate photographers. The later more expensive version gave slightly wider apertures, but at f8 and smaller apertures was generally considered no better in image quality, by some indeed slightly inferior.
