Recommend me a softbox and umbrella etc

Hi,

Could anybody recommend me a softbox set up with umbrellas, lights, stands etc??

I've seen full set ups on eBay for between 175-250, has anybody bought one of these??

While the eBay ones 'work'.. the quality and flexibility of them is usually less then perfect based on helping setup a 900W kit from there. The stands where the cheap £10 jobs, the softboxes needed remedial work out of the box, and the lights did vary their power after being used for 30 mins. Nothing was show stopping, and you can get results with them, but it's one of those things that some people may wish they'd spent more..

I would recommend getting something like the Lencarta smartflash 200's (£109 individually), but they do a 'kit' with 2 lights, stands/brollies for £299, or a brolly/softbox for £319..

They have 2 years warranty, and Gary Edwards who works for them is actively on here as well for support etc..
