Recommend me a rain cover...

Optech Rainsleeve are available in various sizes and cheap enough for several in a pack, I used the when on the boat to the Farne Islands and on the islands ... or a freezer bag :)

That's what I use when it rains too, I just keep a pack in my bag in case

What size cover do you use for this? Sounds ideal
 
Plastic bag and elastic band for me. Also if it’s cats and dogs, a wide brimmed hat and poncho keep the worst off in between shooting.

It says on the packet: 'OP/TECH Rainsleeve 18''. Fits lenses up to 7" diameter and up to 18" in length.'

In the real world, it covers my D750 and Sigma 150-600 quite nicely with the lens fully extended. 2 in the pack, cost me 5 or 6 quid from Amazon iirc.
