You're in fantasy land. I shouldn't think anything does all those things. And what size film? Stick to office work. or quadruple your budget and buy at least two devices.

how about one of these thrown in...

As per Daryl's post... consider 3x the budget and you may be in with a chance.

I think it's all been said. I would look at what you really want. If it's a good quality A3 printer then you are going to have to spend a fair bit of money. The Epson 1500 will do A3 but it is not wireless .However it is in your budget around £230. It is a printer only and is USB connected, not wireless. If you want an A4 scanner then you may be better off getting a small all in one ( That's what I did.) Also saves using expensive inks when you just need a page printed. Scanning negs, well you're better off, as Daryl says getting a separate scanner. My experience with all in ones that scan negs is not good. Trannies not bad but negs can be a real disaster. The cheapest A3+ printer with wireless and Ethernet I have found is the Epson R200 at around £480. Epson provide drivers for Windows and OSX but not Linux.

Quality printing means expensive ink and paper. No way round it I'm afraid.

If you want a Neg Scanner - the Epson V500 / V550 are pretty much the "go to" entry level scanners within the F&C Section - though You could drop on a half decent second hand pro-quality one if you look for it - start a thread in the F&C section on here, and someone will help you out.

The Cheaper end of the A3 printers are pretty much "office graphics" printers really - ok if you want to do a couple of pages a week, and some general printing, but the Ink costs are ridiculous because the cartridges are so small... Get something larger and more fit for the job, and the cartridge size increases, and the £ per print reduces... also some of the bigger ones will have a Continuous Ink System available, so you can simply buy ink in volume rather than 15ml at a time... Get the printer profiled with the CIS inks and your chosen paper (again, it's not going to be cheap no matter what) and you're away.

But, don't expect to be doing anything on a budget of £250.

Fine then

Fine then

Charming.

Three people take the time out of their busy day to point out that you'd be very unlikely to source what you want at your current budget, and you ignore their messages completely, and simply spit your dummy have a rant at another post which makes the same point, albeit less tactfully...

Perhaps when you return you may reconsider your attitude to your fellow members of the forum before asking for any more advice.

What rant?

You suspend me because i said fine then?

Did i have a go and rant at anyone here?

Instead of PMing me to discuss this matter and hear my side you simply ignored me and did not give me no warning but instead ban me here without me having a say at the matter
