Recommend Me A Monopod

Please recommend me monopod got a budget of £15-20 it will be used very rarely I will be using it for a gig that I shoot once a month but last month they asked me to do video it was good but it was a little shakey and my arms were killing me holding up my 7d. It doesn't have to be able hold loads of weight as its only a 7d and 50mm 1.4 being used here is the sort of environment I shoot in

I've just picked up a 7 day shop one for £13. Really can't fault it, max weight of 3kg which was the highest I could find for under £30

Yep, another for the 7day MP, Served me well untill I bought my Gitzo.

Save and buy a more expensive one as you will probably upgrade soon after anyway
