Recommend me a lens mate type thumb grip please

The LensMate ones are more expensive but they're designed to fit the camera correctly and get you thumb in the optimal place. The cheaper copies on eBay are just generic and pretty much one size fits all which may or may not put your thumb somewhere near where you'd want it. I have LensMates on both the X-T1 and X30 and they're spot on.

No, I don't think they have distributors. You order direct from their site and it will arrive within 10 days. Never had to pay any customs as they send it as a letter, even though it comes in a nice little box.
 
whilst we are on the subject (X100)
anyone ever had a problem with the fuji lens hood not fitting securely onto the adaptor ring?
 
The classic camera stock the Match technical thumb grips, seriously expensive though. I have one I bought for my XP1 on my XP2 , it started brassing almost immediately. I have the lensmate on my X100T and XT-1 very bit as good as the MT and half the price.

I bought two at the same time and was stung for import duty and vat plus the post office added their fee on top, came to £27 iirc
