Recommend me a comfy camera strap

I think it's the Dual Harness you want - it can be used with just a single camera if you want.

I use one, and find it very comfortable for exactly the reason you mention - the weight is on my shoulders not my neck.

Wow, I've finally found someone who uses one.
Not many people do it seems.
Do you use yours set up for one camera or are you carrying two?

By the way, the Optech dual harness is being bought for me for Christmas.

I got an RS -4 a while ago.. I bought it because I hate things hanging on my neck..

Yes its comfortable
yes I can wear it all day
yes you can whip your camera up quickly..

But the bit I like the most ?

The straps don't get in the way when your trying a portrait shot :)

Great buy...

My RS-5 arrived today and I'm just setting it up. First impressions are good.

I thought I'd look into buying another fastener so I could have one on my body and one on my 70-200, but they're flippin' expensive! £14!

Usually I have it with just the one camera - but hanging on one side rather than centred, simply because that's the way I set it up (not having watched the video) and find it quite comfortable like that.
I tend to rest a hand on top of the camera when walking to stabilise it a bit rather than have it bounce around - might try fixing it on the two bottom clips next time to see if that's better.

As I mentioned earlier, the big thing for me is how comfortable it is after a few hours of walking with the camera - it's like a good backpack instead of a shoulder bag, just so much nicer.

Excellent that's what I was hoping you'd say.
If it works that well I may even be able to use heavier lens and carry more equipment etc.
