Recommend a good secure payment bolt on for WordPress?

I'm looking to set up a site for my stepdaughter for her to sell some bits and bobs alongside her eBay store. Ive only really got wordpress experience and wondered if anyone had previously added a shopping basket to their site? I see there are plenty of PayPal plugins available but not sure of their relative merits and security strengths.
